We recently switched vets. What we loved about Downers vs THEM was how CLEAN it was, how NICE everyone is, and the fact that the Doctor actually talked to us like we weren't dumb. I also LOVED that you didn't push any wellness plans on us.... that was a big reason we left. My husband and I felt like the Doctor really took care of us and our pup and genuinely wanted the best for us. Also - the tech and customer service employees were all incredible. I love that everything was explained, everyone knew what they were doing, it was clean, friendly, all amazing things. I called all of my friends in the area and told them about this vet! We seriously couldn't be happier with the experience. We hope to spend the next several years with you all!
