The front office staff/techs are so thoughtful, empathetic, and kind. I always feel cared for! I have met with most of the vets and all have played a part in getting our cat, Pip, on track with his diabetes and Addisons disease. The attention to having a safe cat only room is wonderful. The vets are all so kind to Pip and give him pets and use a calm voice to help make him comfortable. Also, this is the only place we will ever “board” Pip. We tried another local practice and it was horrific. We completely trust everyone at DGAH!
