Always attentive and honest about my pet’s condition. (I have a senior cat that tends to be a bit fat). My indoor kitty was recently in for respiratory symptoms of coughing and sneezing. They made sure we used a separate entrance and exit to protect the other patients. They also gave me options, including the choice for palliative care, and full medical testing and services. They never guilt trip you on your choice. It is obvious their technicians love animals.
